Why firms run Atlas

Four ways the scan turns into revenue.

01 · Margin

Win bigger engagements.

An engagement scoped on instinct closes small; scoped on findings, it closes at the size of the problem. The scan puts line-level evidence on the table in 24 hours — before you’ve spent a single unpaid senior day.

02 · Credibility

Close faster.

Deals stall when a CFO has to defend a proposal on trust. “31% of invoice lines carry malformed TRNs” signs itself — your logo on the report, our evidence behind it.

03 · Methodology

Keep the revenue recurring.

Rules change; the pack versions up; every account re-scans. Each FTA amendment turns a closed project back into billable work — with you already in the room.

04 · Standardization

Scale it past yourself.

Your client shouldn’t get a different firm depending on who picks up. With one method — same canon, same rule pack, same report — every person on your team sells and delivers like your best one.

The four questions

Four questions Atlas answers.

01
What will break?

Real records tested against the applicable rule pack.

02
Who owns the fix?

Every blocker gets an owner, action, and evidence.

03
What was decided?

Conflicts are surfaced. Decisions and approvals are preserved.

04
What hands off?

Scope, mappings, rules, test cases, actions, and open decisions.

FAQ

Questions partners ask first.

The practical stuff. Who it’s for, how long readiness takes to run, what happens if your firm has its own method, how we handle AI output quality, and whether you can white-label everything. (Yes.)

How is this different from just using ChatGPT or building this ourselves?
Atlas is a domain-specific engine, not a chat interface. UAE FTA + France PINT + Peppol Directory + registry-lookup rule packs, structured evidence capture, and requirement-to-record traceability are wired in. ChatGPT can summarize a document; Atlas validates a customer master file against a live registry, tags every blocker to a rule, assigns an owner, and preserves the evidence. And it’s the same output whoever on your team runs it.
Can my team run scans without me being involved in every step?
Yes. Atlas encodes the method. Any qualified team member — analyst, associate, senior — runs the same scan the same way and produces the same-shape output. You review and approve. You stop being the bottleneck.
What if we’re a small firm or solo advisor?
Same engine, same output. Boutique firms and solo advisors run Atlas the same way multi-team consultancies do. The engine is the method — seat count doesn’t change what lands in the client’s hand.
How long does it take to complete a readiness scan?
The free account teardown returns findings on a limited sample within one business day. A full readiness engagement typically runs 1–3 weeks depending on entity count, source systems, and invoice volume.
Which mandates does Atlas support today?
Live rule packs: UAE FTA Phase 2 and France (Sept 2026). In build: Germany 2027, Pillar Two, SAF-T, DAC7, EU ViDA, and UK 2029. The engine is the same across mandates; only the pack swaps.
Do we get to white-label everything?
Yes. Findings reports, workshop outputs, and client-facing deliverables can be co-branded or fully white-labeled under your firm’s name. Atlas is the method; your team is the face.
What about data security and NDAs?
NDA and DPA are signed before any engagement. Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit; access is strictly scoped. Findings anonymize sensitive identifiers unless the client explicitly agrees otherwise. SOC 2 attestation is on the roadmap.

Run the command center before the mandate runs you.
